Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Compoundra, a product operated by rebalio Labs, an independent research project based in Uruguay.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Compoundra", "rebalio Labs", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the people operating the Compoundra website, platform, research tools, reports, and related materials.

By accessing or using Compoundra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Compoundra provides AI-assisted fundamental research and analysis on publicly traded companies.

The Service may generate reports, summaries, scores, frameworks, rankings, comparisons, and other research materials based on publicly available information, third-party data, company filings, market data, news, and user inputs.

Scores, tiers, scenarios, and framework-alignment labels describe how available evidence fits Compoundra's research criteria. They do not indicate a recommended transaction, portfolio allocation, position size, or expected return.

Completed company reports may be added automatically to the Community Library and made available to other users, as described in Section 10 and our Privacy Policy.

Compoundra is intended for informational, educational, and research purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided by Compoundra constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Compoundra does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise trade any security, financial instrument, cryptocurrency, ETF, fund, or investment product.

Terms such as Strong Fit, Mixed Fit, Weak Fit, Tier, Score, or similar classifications refer only to alignment with the Compoundra research framework. They do not assess suitability for you and should not be interpreted as action tags, trading signals, or instructions to allocate capital.

Reports and outputs generated by the Service are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete analysis.

You should not make investment decisions based solely on Compoundra content. You are responsible for conducting your own research and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

3. No Adviser-Client Relationship

Your use of Compoundra does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, professional, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Compoundra, rebalio Labs, or any person involved in operating the Service.

Compoundra is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, portfolio manager, or fiduciary.

Compoundra does not provide personalized investment recommendations and does not assess whether any investment is suitable for your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, investment horizon, or jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility, Accounts, and Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use Compoundra. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Some features may require an account, subscription, trial access, waitlist registration, or invitation.

Unless a plan expressly permits multiple users, each account is for one individual user. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide access to your account or credentials to another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Notify us promptly at support@compoundra.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Beta and Early-Access Features

Compoundra may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

These features may be incomplete, change without notice, produce unexpected results, or be suspended or discontinued. They are provided for testing and feedback and may not be suitable for continuous or production-critical use.

6. Subscription Plans, Paddle, and Billing

Compoundra may offer free plans, paid subscription plans, trials, founding member plans, or other access tiers.

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller, charges the applicable payment method, manages taxes and invoices, and processes refunds and chargebacks. Your purchase transaction is also subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and privacy notice.

Your right to access and use Compoundra is provided by us under these Terms. A purchase through Paddle does not transfer ownership of Compoundra, its software, methodology, or content.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval displayed at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through your account settings, Paddle's billing portal, or the available subscription management tools.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future billing and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are refundable only as stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms.

We may change pricing, plans, features, or billing structures. We will provide reasonable notice before a material pricing change applies to an active paid subscription.

7. Report Credits and Usage Limits

Plans may include report credits, report-generation limits, feature limits, or other usage allowances. The limits applicable to your plan will be shown on the pricing page, at checkout, in your account, or elsewhere in the Service.

Credits are account-specific, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold or exchanged. Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, unused credits expire at the end of the applicable billing or access period and do not roll over.

A report counts against your allowance only after the generation process completes and a report is made available. A failed or interrupted generation that does not deliver a usable report should not consume an allowance. During early access, restoration may require a manual review after you contact support.

We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse, automated extraction, excessive use, duplicate generation, or activity that threatens the availability or cost of the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit full Compoundra reports or outputs except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by us in writing.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, systematically download, or automatically extract data or content from the Service.
  • Circumvent report credits, usage limits, payment controls, account restrictions, or security measures, including through multiple accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, damage, disable, or impair the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
  • Use Compoundra content to mislead others about the source, nature, limitations, or AI-generated character of the analysis.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Present Compoundra outputs as professional financial advice or as guaranteed, verified, official, or error-free research.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property and User License

The Compoundra platform, brand, design, software, systems, databases, workflows, frameworks, scoring structures, prompts, methodology, and related materials are owned or controlled by rebalio Labs and the Compoundra operators, unless otherwise stated.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Compoundra grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and generated reports for personal or internal research purposes.

You may download and retain reports made available to your account for your permitted personal or internal research use.

You may share brief excerpts or screenshots for non-commercial commentary, discussion, or review if Compoundra is clearly identified as the source, the content is not misleadingly altered, and any visible limitations or disclaimers are preserved where reasonably practical.

You may not publish, distribute, resell, license, or commercially exploit complete reports, substantial portions of reports, proprietary scoring structures, or collections of Compoundra outputs without our prior written permission.

All third-party names, company names, investor names, trademarks, logos, filings, and market data remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval.

10. User Inputs and Feedback

You may provide prompts, requests, company names, tickers, comments, preferences, feedback, or other inputs when using Compoundra.

You retain any rights you may have in your original inputs. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, generate research outputs, and operate the Community Library, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, completed company reports generated through Compoundra may be added automatically to the Community Library and made visible to other users. This shared-library model reduces duplicate generation, expands the research available to users, and helps keep the Service sustainable.

Compoundra does not intend to display your name, email address, account information, billing information, or unprocessed private prompts alongside a Community Library report. However, final reports may reflect the ticker, company, research request, and public business information used to generate them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs are lawful and that you have the necessary rights to provide them. Do not submit personal data, confidential, sensitive, proprietary, illegal, or third-party restricted information. Compoundra is designed for research involving publicly traded companies and public or lawfully accessible business information.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

11. Third-Party Data and Services

Compoundra may rely on third-party data providers, public filings, market data sources, news sources, payment processors, hosting providers, AI models, infrastructure providers, logging and security tools, and other external services.

We do not control third-party data or services and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, delays, interruptions, pricing, policies, or content.

Market data, financial information, analyst estimates, prices, and company information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

12. AI-Generated Content

Compoundra uses automated systems and AI-assisted tools to generate research outputs.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, outdated information, unsupported assumptions, hallucinations, incomplete reasoning, or incorrect interpretations of financial information.

Compoundra outputs should be treated as research assistance, not as verified professional analysis or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and independently assessing information generated by the Service.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by service providers, including authentication, hosting, payment, infrastructure, email, logging, security, and AI model providers, as described in that policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compoundra makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, current, continuously available, or suitable for your specific needs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compoundra, rebalio Labs, and the people involved in operating the Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes damages for investment losses, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, reliance on AI-generated content, or decisions made based on Compoundra reports or outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Compoundra, rebalio Labs, and the people involved in operating the Service for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Compoundra during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

You understand and agree that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, created security, legal, financial, or operational risk, or engaged in conduct harmful to Compoundra, rebalio Labs, other users, or third parties.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or billing tools.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, or applicable law.

Sections concerning intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of the Service. This may include changes to features, reports, prices, data sources, models, frameworks, access limits, credits, or subscription plans.

Where a change materially reduces an active paid plan, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice or an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify active users or subscribers, such as by email or through the Service.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before its next renewal.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the competent courts of Uruguay, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Transactions processed by Paddle may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms, including their governing-law and dispute provisions for payment and transaction matters.

20. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer these Terms as part of a restructuring, transfer of the Service, or creation of a formal operating entity, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, form the agreement governing your use of Compoundra.
