Your report allowance renews on your individual billing date after Paddle confirms the subscription payment. For example, if your paid subscription begins on July 14, the next billing cycle normally begins on August 14.
No. Unused reports expire at the end of each paid billing cycle and do not accumulate. The three Free reports are lifetime allowances and do not renew.
A Premium-only addition available on any report you generate: an AI reads the trailing 12-month price chart, highlights consolidation zones and momentum shifts directly on it, and writes a short commentary on whether buyers or sellers currently appear in control. It generates once per report and does not use any of your report allowance. It is descriptive market-structure commentary only, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold.
A verified technical failure should not consume a report allowance. During early access, contact support@compoundra.app if an allowance is not restored automatically. We will review the generation and correct the allowance when appropriate.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid.
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes may be calculated according to your location and displayed during checkout. Compoundra does not directly store your complete payment-card details.
Eligible first subscription purchases may be refundable when requested within seven days, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the . Refund Policy.
